Steph, Saint Davids and Abstracts (31)

Meet my good friend Stephen Morgan, he’s a photographer and I’ve been staying with him and his dog Charlie for the past few weeks, thanks mate 😀 check out his great work here http// Steph suggests I make my updates more funny, thanks for the advice Steph, I will work on it.

I realised there aren’t many sailing boats out and about, as mentioned last week, it’s winter after all and no one in their right mind would be skippering about in the high seas this time of year, more of a summer thing, but i managed to do a few b&w water colour sketches in Saint Davids.

Saint Davids is the smallest city in Europe, having a cathedral gives it city status, otherwise it would be classed as a village, the cathedral is fantastic, link at the bottom.

Next I have been doing some abstract work, experimenting with tubes of acrylic paint, wax and pallet knife.

Here I have been using markers and watercolours, continuing on my journey of abstractions

I’m heading to South Wales today, so looking forward to catching up with many creative people and enjoying some time in Cardiff my chosen home town, see you soon.
